The annual cost of a full-time senior CGI Artist exceeds 70,000 USD. There are also the additional costs of employee benefits, hardware, software and office overheads to consider. During quiet periods, when there are too few renders to keep a CGI artist busy, you may end up paying a high price for staff time that goes to waste.

With the monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription as often as you need to, ensuring you pay a competitive price for your CGI artist only when you have work available for them.

While there are plenty of good render companies out there, we know that one of the most frustrating issues designers face is being restricted to a small number of comment rounds for each image. If there are design changes necessitating further rounds, it can blow your budget. Clients are not always welcoming of extra fees for further revisions, so you often end up paying for them.

With a traditional render company, you also pay a fixed fee per image, regardless of how complex the image is. Using these companies can also take more effort on your part than allocating work in-house, because you need to obtain quotes and book in the job subject to availability.

We understand you may not have enough CGI work to keep us busy for an entire month. You may only require one or two renders that will take less than a month to complete. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy.

Billing cycles are based on a 20 workday period, or 4 business weeks. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 15 days, and then choose to pause your subscription. This means you will have 5 days of service remaining in the billing cycle, which you can use at any time in the future. We won’t charge you again until the start of the next billing cycle.

This will greatly depend on the complexity of each render, the information you provide and how many revisions you make. We work on one or two renders at a time, depending on your subscription plan. We will deliver the renders one by one, or two by two, depending on your subscription plan.

Not at all. You can submit the information and brief for all of your renders at once, like you would normally do for each project. It’s your choice how you submit your render requests: we will adapt to your way of doing things. You control the priorities, which can change from day to day, and we will work through the renders one at a time (or two at a time), in order of importance.      

This will depend on the complexity of the render, how much 3D modelling is required, and how many comment rounds there are. For interior renders, the first phase of modelling and setting up the scene takes about 2-3 days to complete, while the materials and lighting phase takes about 1 day to complete. (This does not include comment rounds.) 

We will consistently return smaller scale renders, such as furniture staging or signage, within 1-2 days. In some instances, the same 3D model is used for multiple renders, which will speed up the process for subsequent renders.   

Please note: we are a high-end studio, not a 24 hour render farm, and we operate in a GMT+8 timezone. 

No. Once subscribed, you can comment and make changes to your renders as many times as you like until you are happy with the result. 

Trello is a web-based collaboration tool that organises your projects into boards. It shows you what’s being worked on, who’s doing what, and where a task or project is up to. Imagine a whiteboard, filled with sticky notes arranged in lists, where each note is a task for you and your team. You can add files, edit checklists and organise priorities. When you subscribe to one of our packages, we will send you an invitation link to join a Trello board, where you can start uploading and controlling your projects. If you would prefer to use email and WhatsApp, that’s fine: we’ll set up Trello and use it to get your sign off on project priorities.

We understand that this can happen. You can either upgrade to the Pro plan and we will work on 2 renders at a time, or you can choose a Booster package to increase production capacity for 1 business week. The Booster package engages us to work on an additional render concurrently with your subscribed renders for 5 workdays. So, if you add the Booster package to a Standard plan, we will work on 2 renders at a time for the week, and if you add the Booster package to a Pro plan, we will work on 3 renders at a time for the week.

We will continue to revise the render until you’re completely satisfied.
